Why do we dream?

I always thought we only dream to digest all has happened to us, so we can be sensible about it during daytime. You are reading about a man that dreams several dreams each night, every night. You can imagine today's lesson was quite appealing to me...

Enjoy!

  1. Very interesting...I don't remember the majority of my dreams...maybe 1 out of 100 and then it's just snippets. Would love it if they came up with a way to remember more. Thanks for sharing, Han.

    Hugs and blessings...Cat

  2. This video is great, too! I have always been fascinated with why we dream and what dreams signify.

I tend to remember my dreams. I dream about my guy when we have been a part for a while. I also agree that I solve problems a lot better when I get more sleep.

    Continue dreaming, Han!

    1. Strange how we remember the nasty ones and forget the nice dreams, Appy... I still have my share of nightmares as well.

  6. I seldom remember dreams, maybe it's for the best because the ones I do are never pleasant.
