To read out loud

Ever since I read training Carrie I have something about reading out loud. It's strange and intimate.
Poetry is made for reading out loud. I love to find a poem that completely surprises me.

I think she likes it as well

De roe

The spanking tool in Holland is called "de Roe" and it's the help of Sinterklaas (Zwarte Piet) that carries the roe to punish the young children that have been bad this year. All the kids sing songs expressing their joy not to be punished by the roe.
In the 21st century the roe is never been used anymore. It's from a time where corporal punishments were common. We still have songs though about the roe.

I think this beautiful girl is going to be spanked by the roe, don't you think? Isn't she lying there so pretty? Just waiting for the spanking to begin. With her breasts pressed flat against the leather pillows, and her underwear just made for the touch of the roe. Pillows under her belly to raise her bottom.

Strange music

This very "back to the sixties" picture brought a smile to my face. Nothing like a smile to start the day...

I like simplifications of the infinite complex truth. And every diagram makes a simplification to help you understand the threads you wouldn't see otherwise. Whether it is the old Maslow pyramid or the Life Balance circle. I draw points in the empty circle below at the point where I am right now in my life. And it makes almost a round circle. 5 years ago it was different, and in 5 years time it will no-doubt be different yet again. But for now my life in balanced. It feels wonderful.

My Wanita got an unlimited cinema card some months ago and I decided to have one as well. So this month I bought a card, 19 euro a month and you can see movies in the cinema unlimited. As much as you can eat, oh now, as much as you can see. We decided to go one a week to the cinema together and we would see two movies. It's a relatively a cheap way of holiday entertainment and as this is an all you can see card, we see the movies we wouldn't go to otherwise.

So yesterday I saw Genius. An interesting film about the writer Thomas Wolfe (Jude Law) and his editor  Maxwell Perkins (Colin Firth). My wife chose the film because of Colin
Firth, I was curious of Thomas Wolfe.

I understand it's difficult to explain what the role of an editor is in a book. And there is a scene in the film where Perkins says to Wolfe: "Is this book better because I edited it or is it just a different book, and should we not have edited it at all, because the original was as it should be? That is what we editors lie awake at night."
I think that captures the essence of the dilemma of the editor. I like the movie very much. The movie is played at an old cinema in The Hague and there was the audience was so quiet you could hear a pin drop. That is amazing considering the amount of coughs in The Concertgebouw in Amsterdam...

So, I wouldn't start reading a book by Thomas Wolfe if I had not seen this film. And that's one of the advantages of such a card. Between Inferno and Jack Reacher there is a Genius.

Knight in Shining Armour

In my series about Knights, the one in stainless steel armour: The Knight with a capital K. Every girl needs this Knight, but it seems a lot to me like she is bending over for a spanking. What do you think? The Knight in Shining Armour spanks his girl?

Instant memories!

This posture reminds me very much of the avatar Ms. Natasha Knight has used for a long time, and maybe still does. Natasha Knight is a very talented writer. I have read all her books and I have truly enjoyed all of them. Natasha encouraged me to write my own blog, and without her there would be no thoughts at all, infinitesimal thoughts mind you, but thoughts nonetheless. The phrase Infinitesimal thoughts by the way I've first found in a Natasha Knight book.

Music for a Knight

To continue my collection of Hallelujah's, this is Alleluia, O virga mediatrix by Hildegard of Bingen

In the Gregorian chant liturgy of the Roman Catholic Church, the Alleluia was imported from Judaism. The word literally means "Praise to the Lord (Jahweh)" and had been an expression of devotion since Old Testament times. It is very interesting that the only time Hildegard of Bingen wrote music for an Alleluia, it was her Alleluia, O virga mediatrix, which is proper to the Mass of feasts in honour of the Blessed Virgin Mary, which would have been held in high honour by her nuns.

Hildegard's poem borrows from some common concepts in Marian theology, though they are expressed with her characteristic passion. She speaks of the Virgin as "Mediatrix" (mediator between mankind and God), as flower, and as closed garden (one with "sweetest integrity" of her virginity). Hildegard's music is also rather characteristic of her style.

This is the start of the Knight collection for a few days to come. I look forward of showing you my kind of knights. The first one, obviously is in music. Music for a knight.

Changing of the Guards

Let's see how it sounds without the beautiful voice and music of Mr. Dylan:

Sixteen years,
Sixteen banners united over the field
Where the good shepherd grieves.
Desperate men, desperate women divided,
Spreading their wings 'neath the falling leaves.

Fortune calls,
I step from the shadows, to the marketplace,
Merchants and thieves hungry for power, my last deal gone down.
She's smelling sweet like the meadows where she was born,
On midsummer's eve, near the tower.

The cold-blooded moon,
The captain awaiting above the celebration
Sending his thoughts to a beloved maid
Whose ebony face is beyond communication.
The captain is down but still believing that his love will be repaid.

They shaved her head.
She was torn between Jupiter and Apollo.
A messenger arrived with a black nightingale.
I seen her on the stairs and I couldn't help but follow,
Follow her down past the fountain where they lifted her veil.

I struggled to my feet.
I rode past destruction in the ditches
With the stitches still mending 'neath a heart-shaped tattoo.
Renegade priests and treacherous young witches
Were handing out the flowers that I'd given to you.

The palace of mirrors
Where dog soldiers are reflected,
The endless road and the wailing of chimes,
The empty rooms where her memory is protected,
Where the angels' voices whisper to the souls of previous times.

She wakes him up
Forty-eight hours later, the sun is breaking
Near broken chains, mountain laurel and rolling rocks.
She's begging to know what measures he now will be taking.
He's pulling her down and she's clutching on to his long golden locks.

"Gentlemen," he said,
"I don't need your organization. I've shined your shoes,
I've moved your mountains and marked your cards,
But Eden is burning: either get ready for elimination
Or else your hearts must have the courage for the changing of the guards."

Peace will come
With tranquility and splendour, on the wheels of fire,
But will offer no reward when her false idols fall
And cruel death surrenders with its pale ghost retreating
Between the King and the Queen of Swords.

Nobel Prize

Who could have guessed? Bob Dylan got the Nobel Prize for Literature.
Either the jury consists of Baby Boomers that are stuck in sixties and relive their youth, or the jury got drunk and just closed their eyes and picked a candidate. His spoilt generation wrote protest songs. Protest against what? Protest just because everyone knows his (at best mediocre) songs now. Well maybe four or five. Bob Dylan's greatest hits. Why are there only three songs on this CD? Because these is Bob Dylan's greatest hits, dummy!

"No one is a bigger fan of Bob Dylan than I am. To give him the Nobel Prize for Literature, however, is absurd.
— Daniel Green

The jury thinks Dylan's songs "Bob Dylan writes poetry for the ear. But it’s perfectly fine to read his works as poetry." If that earns a Nobel prize for literature I suggest we give Johan Cruyff  posthumously a Nobel prize for the way he could write poetry with the ball. Or maybe Donald Trump that speaks poetry for the scared white people of America. How about Eminem for his raps are poetry to the ear of more people than Bob Dylan.

How about the Nobel Peace Prize that was was awarded to the President of Colombia Juan Manuel Santos "for his resolute efforts to bring the country’s more than 50-year-long civil war to an end, a war that has cost the lives of at least 220,000 Colombians and displaced close to six million people. Pity his own countryman have decided by referendum that they rather have war with the FARC than peace... Maybe another 220.000 Colombians should die before the country is ready for peace.

A prize for peace where there is no peace, a prize for literature where there is no literature, the Nobel Prize Committee should be awarded for their courage, their fearlessness, their insight.

Heartfelt message

This heartfelt message is for a friend of mine that is going through a rough time in her life right now.  This quote says it way better than I ever could. But the words are as heartfelt as I would say them myself.

Love at first sight

I have been thinking for a while, why I liked this picture instantly. You know, love at first sight. I think I know now. It's two things: one, the illusion that you can take her dress so easy down, and look what comes out, second the plaited dress. I love a plait dress.

Oh, OK, the pose breathes submission.

Polished one

To end with one I don't like. Happened to come across at Tumblr. It's not that it's black and white, but it's too polished, and way too many frills on it. She's not a cake is she?

Last favourite: Silk corset

You may have noticed I have a have a certain preference for under bust corsets. What can I say other than I am a tit-man. My fifth and last favourite is a full bust corset. But one in my favourite colour (red) and my favourite fabric (silk).

Melissa Morin makes this wonderful corset and specializes in Disney clothes as well. Have a look at her webpage to see wonderful familiar costumes. This one is so classic I love the design, I love the fabric and it makes the girl look wonderful. It is sold at Etsy for 217,88 euro.

This corset is handmade and completely custom made using your measurements. The corset pattern is drafted from your specific measurements to ensure the perfect fit for your body. The corset is made with a strength/middle layer, the fashion/outer layer and the lining giving the corset 3 layers to ensure strength and durability. At The Corset Carriage we take pride in our craftsmanship and attention to detail, ensuring each corset is of excellent quality. We value our customers and welcome all correspondence.

This corset is cut to give a 2-4 inch waist reduction.

You can choose to have a modesty panel or not at the back of the corset, just let us know when providing your measurements.

I had so much fun choosing my favourite corsets, and I hope you liked my choices as well.

Favourite four: Is it a dress or a corset? Or both?

This corset and this dress. I simply fell in love with it. It's made by AliceAndWillow in the UK and for sale at Etsy for € 32,89.

Midi length "Tabitha tie on bustle skirt", made from a sage green fabric.

Made from masses of full bustles, the skirt is a midi length tie on piece, which simply ties over the top of another skirt to create masses of full bustles. The skirt can be tied on at the back for huge bum ruffles, or at the front. They can also be worn in pairs, or with a shorter version at the front to create a custom-styled bustled skirt piece. The skirt maintains its own shape well and does not require a hoop or petticoat underneath to create the fullness shown.

Looks awesome with any of our corsets and looks fantastic dressed down with a t-shirt and pumps, or totally glamorous with a corset and killer heels.

Fastens to the side with a drawstring waist. Fits a 20-50 inch waist while keeping all those huge bustles still full and intact.

Please be aware, that as this skirt fits a huge range of sizes, the smaller sized ladies will have more gathering at the waist, and the larger ladies will have less and more spaced out bustles. If you would like a skirt specifically made for your size then please contact us!

This skirt can be worn as a simple long, full skirt, or with the use of the ribbons, can be bustled up.
This skirt looks amazing when bustle and gives a real psycho circus/old western feel when bustled up, and it's as easy as pulling the ribbons around and tying in a bow-no faffing with pins, needles or thread to bustle this up.
It can be worn at any bustle height you fancy, and the higher the front is bustled up, the more the back pulls in to give fantastic gathering and shape.
It also looks equally awesome worn cheekily on its own (perhaps with stockings and lace up boots showing underneath), or with another skirt layered underneath.

Can you imagine, a woman dressed like that? I have to think of the story of O dresses. Do you see the link with D/s? The master decides how many ties are bound up, front and back?

The Moll corset is for sale separately in this webshop.

Favourite three: Venus

RETROHISTORY CORSET by Retrofolie makes corsets with a print on it. They have several beautiful ones, but this one, the Venus from a famous 1485 painting by Sandro Botticelli name "The birth of Venus". They make custom fit corsets in different shapes.

• Unique pattern matched print
• Available in 3 different shapes
• Build in multiple layers including herringbone coutil and a floating lining
• Double boned: Mix of hand-cut spiral steel and spring steel bones
• Design with a high back construction for more support
• Busk front closure with modesty placket to prevent the skin from showing
• Grommets/washers are hand press by machine
• Including a waist tape
• Laced with nylon cord or satin ribbon

A floating and stiffen modesty panel can be added to the corset. This will hide the gap in the back and help support your back. The modesty panel will match the fabric of the corset. I like this under bust corset really a lot. It's not underwear anymore :-) This corset is to show off.

Show me what you've got. 289,66 euro plus shipping costs at Retrofolie.

Corset week

This week will be about Corsets. What's more feminine than a corset? What piece of underwear is supposed to be more arousing than a corset? I dunno.

So, this week I will show the corsets that I like very much. I have no connection with any of the suppliers, and are just random choices on the net of the corsets I like. So here are five of the corsets I like, and I would love to hear your opinion on each of them. Because I'm just the horny voyeur, and you're the one that could be wearing them. Unless you're a libidinous male bastard of course. In that case, your expertise is welcomed as well. I chose all corsets from Etsy, because real creativity is not in mass production, but in small businesses.

Ok, stop talking, this is number 1:

In the Ukraine there is this wonderful shop called Armstreet, and it produces since 2003 the most beautiful medieval costumes. One of them is this beautiful under bust corset: Archeress.

The first of five should be a corset with a history. Of course. It's impossible not to love this Robyn Hood corset. Hand made out of natural suede.

This natural suede bodice corset design is based on patterns and decorations of European renaissance corset and also on later period German and French bodices. It has easily recognizable slope shoulder line and stand-up half-collar. Waist is tightly swifted while breast remains almost free. Front lacing gives necessary flexibility and fine fit. Decorative rolled edges laced along bottom and arm-slits complete the look.

Beautiful collar by the way
In the description there is nothing about the sexy look of the corset, how it shows of the breasts, how soft this suede must feel, how the arms are drawn backwards so the breasts will stick out.

If you like this one, it costs 224,37 and is available at Armstreet.

Shaikh Chilli and the Landlord

Some of the books meant for kids are quite amusing or interesting for adults as well. (Harry Potter ring a bell? Anyway this story is a folk-tale from north India. Shaikh Chilli is a character of northern India and Pakistani folklore who is described as a fool and day dreamer. There are several stories based on him.

Once there lived in a village a man called Shaikh Chilli who was very simple and foolish. However, he was also loved by his friends as he was innocent.
One day, a big landlord living in the village sent for him. The landlord was very cunning. He loved to cheat others.
The landlord said, “Shaikh Chilli, I have a job for you. I want you to count how many houses our village contains. I will give you one rupee for each house you count.” Shaikh Chilli was very happy. He thought that this was his chance of earning some extra money. Shaikh Chilli worked very hard. He walked through each street of the village counting all the houses. It took him the whole day. At the end of the day, he felt very tired but was happy that he had done his work. He went to the landlord and received his payment.

Shaikh Chilli’s friends met him late in the evening after he returned from the landlord’s house. One of them said, “Shaikh Chilli, why did you take up the landlord’s work? Don’t you know that he is a cheater? He must have made a fool of you.” Shaikh Chilli said, “Oh no, he has not looted me.” His friend questioned, “How can you be sure?” Shaikh Chilli replied, “This time around I got the better of him. He was fooled.”

Shaikh Chilli was looking very happy with himself. He smiled and puffed up his chest. His friends looked at him with amazement. They could not believe what Shaikh Chilli was saying. His friend asked, “Please tell us how you did so?” Shaikh Chilli replied smiling,” You see, I gave him a much smaller figure. I gave him only half the number of houses I had counted.”
The friends looked at one another.

Moral: A fool always cheats himself.

Confirmed with a kiss

I love this picture. Pulling her hair like that.
Is that HOT or NOT?
I think it's a very arousing picture.
All that power in that hand
And all that trust to be gentle.

Confirmed with a kiss.

I told you sometime ago about my fondness of different kind of braids. I think it's related to my fondness of rope, don't you think?
This one was so clever a  combination of rope and braids I just had to show you this pose.

Bra is way too tight

I kiss your eyes

Remember the art of kissing? Remember the Eyelash kiss where you kiss with your eyelashes?
I'm showing you today a kiss on the eyes.

I consider a kiss on the eyes one of the most intimate, almost sexual, acts of love. A kiss on the eyes say""Feel my lips and I know you cannot see them, but I am touching the eyes that see me. Unlike a mirror these eyes see me how I look like. These eyes see the good parts of me and the bad parts of me.  I caress you at your most vulnerable part of your body. As a thank you for seeing me the way I am."

A collar, just a piece of jewelry?

I came across this interesting article and  would like to share it with you. It's about collars. My Wanita wears a collar that is just a piece of jewellery. But for her it has predominantly the same meaning as a protection collar.

Wearing a collar is not just rockin’ a cool piece of BDSM jewellery.
Collaring is the term used by people in the D/s lifestyle to describe the beginning of a relationship between a Dom and a sub. A collaring ceremony is a display of the depth of commitment between the two people involved.
Wearing a collar is a privilege and honour. There are several different types of collars - each of them equally important, as a transitioning phases of the relationships.

Protection Collar:

This collar is used when a submissive is in a period of healing. A trusted Dom, who chooses to “protect” her may give her a collar, which she accepts to wear while she is in her/his healing process. There is no time frame on wearing a protection collar. It is there for as long as it is needed, to allow them the space to grow independently in a healthy and sane way.

Consideration Collar:

A consideration collar is often the first step in a new relationship between a Dom and sub. This collar is given, with a certain time frame that has been agreed upon, at the end of that time it can be renegotiated.
Both sides of the D/s can decide to move forward to the next step, or simply go their separate ways.
A consideration collar is not given or accepted capriciously, it represents more than just a casual interest. The Dom and sub should understand the meaning behind this commitment.

Training collar:

A training collar is used as a phase in the stage of a relationship where the Dom and sub discover things about their personalities and characteristics, needs and desires as they grow into each other.
This is a time to make compromise, and to accept the commitment behind being collared.
A training collar can also be used in another way. A Dom can give a training collar to a sub, in order to train and mentor her in correct behaviour and protocols while she is searching for her ideal Dom with whom she will then pursue a serious lifelong D/s relationship.
This sub is treated as if owned by the Mentoring Dominant, this is a huge responsibility and should never be taken lightly.

Formal collar:

A formal collar is the symbol of the bond and attachment between the Dom and sub and holds the same level of commitment and emotion as a wedding ring. It shows loyalty, mutual respect, and expresses the fact that the Dom and sub have the same ideals and desires to share their lives.
A formal collar is often given at a ceremony in front of friends and other D/s community members. It is a deeply emotional and heartfelt time, and it is an honor to be invited to collaring ceremony.
A collar is not just a fashion statement.
This piece of etiquette bears weight in our BDSM culture and should be treated with the utmost respect. However you personally choose to use your D/s, do it with pride and hold what is special to standards that allow it to be.
All of this information can be found here, as she says it much better than I ever could.
Other helpful links are
Submissive Guide: what it means to be collared
Dominant Guide: The meaning of the collar

Play Collar:
These are used to be a functional item during a scene. They are typically removed after the scene is finished.
Collars used by other dynamics other than a D/s or M/s dynamic:
These collars are part of how this person may or may not identify in their particular role. This person may also be collared.
For people who want to wear them as a fashion statement: Do you. Do it up. This was only meant to reference what “collaring” is as in the act of being “collared” in the sense of a verb, the state of “being collared”, not in the noun sense of “the collar”.

There is a space where the purposeful collar and the fashion collar are in question with this. While, I don’t know everything, I am just a girl after all… this is my opinion on the matter.
I think there is an important space for everything, but that is the thing isn’t… Everything has it’s space. Collaring and wearing a fashion collar, or wearing a collar as a kitten or puppy aren’t the same thing. Each are valuable in their own space, each NEEDED and REQUIRED in their own space. This piece is about Collaring. The act of collaring someone/ being collared.
I love kittens and puppies and fashion. They deserve their own unique place to exist. :) one all their own to shine. And if that puppy or kitten is collared, instead of wearing a collar… it will take on a whole new meaning.

Laptime again

What a picture to behold! At ease on his lap. With his hand where it belongs and the other one in her red hair. Ah.... It could be a vanilla picture.
