Perpetuum mobile

Did you have one of these at home as a kid? And could you resist looking at it ticking and ticking? To me it was magic. A perpetuum mobile (latin for perpetual motion) always have had a great attraction to me. Something that moves just by itself and keeps on moving...

When I saw the next picture, I just couldn't resist. After smiling a lot, I just had to share it. Here is Jim Duvall's idea of energy:

  1. Didn't have one at home but one of my teachers had one and I really liked it. Thanks for sharing the fun picture, Han. Saw a similar one where all the woman were hung as these are and there was a long wooden paddle that was on another overhead board and swung at their tushies. Wish I could find it. ;)
