A Man Cold

I was feeling a bit under the weather this week. Nice phrase "under the weather". It's such an imaging way of saying you have a cold. You feel cold. You feel miserable. You feel you have a man cold. (I'm sure I shared this before, but for all of the women out there, I'm glad to show it again):

So.. like that. But I'm feeling a bit better now. I have had my soup.

    1. No need to worry, Abby. Strong man, you know.... Like in the short movie above. We men are made to survive in difficult circumstances.

      LOL,

  5. There you are my friend! Was getting a bit worried...I had posted pictures of some more paintings and you hadn't given me any feedback which is not like you! Was just getting ready to send you an email to make sure you and your family were all okay. Hope you're feeling better now...take good care of yourself. Thanks for sharing the giggle. ;)

    Hugs and blessings...Cat

    1. Oh, I saw them today for the first time! I will tell you soon all about it. Really disliked some of them and really liked others...

You have turned another page in your painting skills,

  6. Hope you feel well, Han! I'm offering a virtual bowl of homemade soup. =)

I have always thought of the under-the-weather phrase to be odd. They say that you can't get sick from a change in weather. I think it's a combination of picking up the sick virus from someone and a change in temperature. That's my crazy theory and I'm sticking with it!

    1. Thank you for the soup. I loved it.

Your theory seems to be supported by doctors. But the cold and bad weather just make it worse I think.

In no shape to have theory. Another cup of soup, please...

      Smile,
      Han
